Our Unity Columbine Spiritual Center Annual Meeting will be held at 1pm on Sunday, May 3.
After the service ends at 12pm, join us for lunch and fellowship in Foss Hall.
Please bring a lunch, or order a sandwich with this form.
We will move to the sanctuary at 1pm for our annual meeting.
If you need childcare during the meeting, please let us know the children's names and ages on this form.
Please reserve a seat/s early so we can plan accordingly for our food order.
We will be ordering 7 inch sandwiches and salads from Snarfs.
All contain: Mayo, Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, Seasoning & Oil and Assorted Chips.
Kids Peanut Butter and Jelly also available!
