Gong Baths with Gregg Wilkins

Join Gregg Wilkins as he facilitates, through sound and energy, an evening of Gong Baths. Gregg has performed as a percussionist and sound sculptor in the United States, Netherlands, Germany, England, Brasil and Tibet and we are so grateful for his facilitating our May First Friday event!

"Gong Baths” are where you are immersed into the vibrations and resonance of incredible instruments allowing the sound to “wash” over you. The sessions can have a profound effect on many levels of your being and consciousness including the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional as well as facilitating the potential for reaching Theta and Delta states from our waking Beta state.

About Gregg:
Gregg Wilkins attended the Chicago Musical College and was a Theory and Composition major as well as percussionist. He also attended the State Institute of Sonology in the Netherlands where he studied the psychological and physiological affects of sound on the body as well as acoustics and electronic composition and soundscapes. Gregg is a Reiki Master and a Deeksha Blessing Giver. He is a composer/percussionist and has been creating soundscapes/compositions and working with gongs and cymbals for most of his life. These sessions are called “Gong Baths” ... The sessions can have a profound effect on many levels of your being and consciousness including the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional as well as facilitating the potential for reaching Theta and Delta states from our waking Beta state.
