Are you curious about Spiritual Direction? 
It's an ancient practice found in many spiritual traditions!   
Group Spiritual Direction is an opportunity to come together and support one another as we seek to experience a deeper spiritual meaning in our lives. 

Through discussion, questioning, and demonstration, you'll have an opportunity to learn how it might inform and guide you on your spiritual path.   

This workshop will explain what Spiritual Direction is, demonstrate a session, and give participants a chance to practice in a small group.
